Permit Imprint Indicias
Permit Imprint Indicia is a special type of postage mark that is used by direct mail centers to pay for postage. It is a cost-effective alternative to traditional stamps or meter imprints, as it allows businesses to send large quantities of mail at a lower cost.
A permit imprint indicia is a pre-printed design that includes information such as the sender's name and address, the permit number, and the indicia (postage mark). This design is placed on each piece of mail and acts as the postage, eliminating the need for additional stamps or meter imprints.
